Selection of recycled granules
We use recycled raw materials, guaranteeing an odourless, non-toxic product that complies with Italian and European regulations.

Careful mixing of raw materials
The plastic granules and components used in the production of waste bags undergo careful, automated and pre-set mixing, ensuring excellent value for money.

Extrusion with in-line printing
All plants are equipped with in-line printing for the customisation of waste bags. Thanks to our bubble extruders, we can handle orders of any size.

Electronic thickness control
Through the gravimetric devices with which the bubble extruders are equipped, we guarantee constant thicknesses of up to 8 microns.

High-speed heat sealing and robotic packaging
The products are packaged and packed using robotic procedures and duly labelled with the production batch for traceability on the market.

We manage everything directly, without intermediaries: this gives us total control over the supply chain, from order preparation to shipment. The result?

Thanks to automation and an intelligent warehouse management system (WMS), we have drastically reduced delivery times. By investing in internal logistics, we have eliminated the inefficiencies and waste typical of outsourcing.
